A great hotel - nice location, great facilities, just needs a bit of redecoration of the rooms.
9.0I loved that the room was spacious - three big beds in a triple room, a desk, a big TV. There was also a mini fridge, AC which was absolutely needed in those extra hot summer days. I had requested an invoice beforehand and the whole process was run smoothly and the front desk staff answered all my questions and did a great job. Another perk of this hotel is its location - close to the Old Nice, close to tram and bus stops. Something else I really like was that there is a Luggage room which is spacious and relatively secure - doesn't lock I think but it's right in front of reception. We had no problem leaving our bags to continue exploring the city before checking in.
− The aesthetics of the room... could have been better. Nothing matched with anything. The hotel is in an older building, inside the room you see paintings and some modern prints. I counted over 4 different nuances of wood. Yeah it's a small disadvantage but really catches the eye. Another thing we didn't really enjoy was the fact that once you shower in the bathtub, the whole bathroom gets wet and in our case even some water spilled to the front door. This is a frequent issue in many hotels but here specifically. Although it is nothing a few towels can't fix.
