− Coffee was absolutely horrible. Rooms are very old (paint, lighting, etc) but good enough. There was a giant cockroach in the hallway and I told the front desk who wasn’t the least bit bothered or couldn’t even fake being upset. Parking and food are very expensive relative to the condition of the rooms.

− Our room smelled like if it was abandoned, spider webs all over the walls! No hair dryer in the room and horrible loud buzzing noise all night.
Worst hotel
2.0The hotel's location was great, but unfortunately, the rooms and amenities felt very cheap—more like a Motel 6 than what we expected. We booked a deluxe king room, but there was no sofa, the chair was broken, there was no room with a view, and the carpets looked old and worn. Thankfully, we only booked one night. The valet staff and customer service were rude and unprofessional, which made the experience even more disappointing. We had driven five hours from Silicon Valley to attend an event and were exhausted, especially traveling with a toddler. Because we were only staying one night, I didn't want to spend time dealing with complaints.
