10.0We stayed in the newly remodeled room and it was so big and comfortable. They had enough places to eat that I didn't have to leave the hotel. All of the staff was so friendly.
− Only thing I had a problem with was checking in. The line was all the way outside and only 2 clerks were working. It took almost 2 hrs to check in.

Nice property, not the best stay but it worked for the purpose of our trip.
6.0Room was large, beds were comfortable and shower water pressure was good. Some staff were really nice.
− The carpet in our room was wet, not damp but wet. We notified housekeeping and the front desk and were given a food and beverage credit for the inconvenience. The time it took to speak with a live body was unacceptable. We brought up the concern the first time and they sent someone to our room with a vaccum to (I'm guessing) take out the excess water from the carpet. This person that came mentioned he would be bringing this up with management as the carpet was in his opinion also too damp. That was the last i heard about the issue. I went to the front desk to bring up the concern and the kind lady was very sympathetic and tried to make things right so we are satisfied however the problem was really not addressed during our stay. I would have appreciated more effort on the part of the staff to try and do something about the situation. I appreciated the Food and beverage credit as it was a kind gesture however we still would have preferred the issue to either not have happened or have the issue fixed.
Rooms are nice but wouldn’t return.

− Customer service is terrible. Waited 1 hr just to check in and elevators took forever. Very hard to reach someone on the phone for support as well.
