8.0We really like the rooms. They were really clean, comfort and with modern furnitures. The location of the hotel is perfect as is just close to the mittelring and well connected with the city center via U6. In 10 minutes we where able to reach Marienplatz.
− Breakfast. The hotel is quite big and I think the breakfast space is not enough to grant a comfortable breakfast. I think there was a bit too much chaos and the front cooking food was not well prepared.

5.0Positiv hervorheben möchten wir einen sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter im Service, der ausgesprochen aufmerksam und herzlich mit unserem autistischen Sohn umging.
− Leider entsprach unser Aufenthalt nicht den Erwartungen, die wir an ein Hotel dieser Kategorie haben. Die laut Buchung inkludierte Minibar war nicht gefüllt. Stattdessen mussten wir die Getränke selbst im Lobby-Markt holen. Auch die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Im Badezimmer befanden sich noch benutzte Taschentücher und Essensreste der vorherigen Gäste im Mülleimer. Obwohl wir für das Frühstück ausdrücklich einen gemeinsamen Tisch reserviert hatten, war zunächst kein entsprechender Platz verfügbar. Man wollte uns auf getrennte Tische verteilen. Erst nach erneuter Nachfrage und etwa zehn Minuten Wartezeit bekamen wir einen gemeinsamen Tisch. Im Poolbereich waren sämtliche Schließfächer außer Betrieb. Zusätzlich wurde der Rechnungsbetrag vom falschen Konto abgebucht. Besonders enttäuschend war jedoch der Umgang mit unserer Beschwerde: Wir meldeten die Mängel bereits während des Aufenthalts und baten um Abhilfe. Bis zu unserer Abreise wurde weder der Mülleimer geleert noch auf unsere Beschwerde reagiert. Auch danach erhielten wir keine Rückmeldung. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt für uns leider enttäuschend. Insbesondere hinsichtlich Sauberkeit, Organisation und Gästeservice hätten wir deutlich mehr erwartet.
