− Staff get bombarded by people - so they’re drained. By the time they get to you, they’ve very little empathy left for any of your issues.

− Qualsiasi extra è a pagamento (50$ per l’ombrellone e 2 lettini in piscina). Manca il frigo in camera. I bagni sono un po vecchi.
