2.0NEVER NEVER NEVER book with this hotel. Tried to cancel a one night stay and spent 15 minutes going in circles with a representative who could barely speak english only to be told it was past the cancelation period. I was charged the full $600.

− Pull out sofa bed was too lumpy, could feel every spring, so my daughter slept on the couch not pulled out.
