1.0Wir waren nicht im Graben Hotel. Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft in ein anderes Hotel umquartiert. Die Begründung war, dass ein “Systemfehler” uns in einem anderen Hotel eingebucht habe. Was uns erstaunt, ist, dass wir trotz “Systemfehler” immer wieder Mitteilungen erhielten, wie sehr sie sich auf unseren Aufenthalt freuen. Die letzte dieser Mitteilungen erfolgte zwei oder drei Tage vor unserer Ankunft. Wir wurden also in ein Taxi verfrachtet, wo der Chauffeur nicht wusste, wohin er uns bringen soll. Also ging ich zurück an die Rezeption, um die Adresse zu erfragen. Schliesslich wurden wir ins Hotel Regina gefahren, welches zwar Bestnoten verdient, aber von der Lage her für unser Programm nicht nicht sehr ideal gelegen ist. Im Hotel Regina erhielten wir dann den Entschuldigungsbrief doppelt (wir hatten ja zwei Zimmer gebucht hatten). Als kleine Aufmerksamkeit erhielten wir einen einen kleinen Schokotaler. Was uns an der ganzen Geschichte wirklich stört,ist, dass wir nicht früher informiert wurden und so nahmen sie uns die Möglichkeit zu wählen.
