6.0Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage und ist hervorragend an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden, sodass man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Ausflugsziele problemlos erreichen kann. Die Betten waren bequem und das Frühstück bot alles, was man für einen guten Start in den Tag benötigt.
− Leider waren wir mit dem Service nicht zufrieden. Wir hatten ausdrücklich ein Zimmer mit zwei getrennten Betten gebucht, was uns beim Check-in auch nochmals bestätigt wurde. Als wir das Zimmer betraten, stellten wir jedoch fest, dass nur ein gemeinsames Bett vorhanden war. Wir meldeten dies umgehend an der Rezeption, woraufhin uns versichert wurde, dass man sich darum kümmern würde. Leider wurde während unseres gesamten viertägigen Aufenthalts nichts unternommen und wir erhielten auch keine weitere Rückmeldung. Zusätzlich wurden wir mitten in der Nacht durch einen unerwünschten Weckruf über das Zimmertelefon geweckt. Das Telefon hörte nicht auf zu klingeln, obwohl wir zu keinem Zeitpunkt einen Weckruf bestellt hatten. Dies war besonders ärgerlich, da unsere Nachtruhe dadurch erheblich gestört wurde.
