8.0Har bodd på hotellet flere ganger og det var som forventet også denne gangen på selve hotellet. Var mere skuffet over strandavdelingen.
− Strandavdelingen var langt under forventning med tanke på service. Spesielt lederen. Dårlig humør, lite løsningsorientert og virket som hun mislikte jobben sin. Med såpass høye priser for solseng og annet var dette veldig skuffende. Vi valgte bort denne avdelingen etter dag 2 og gikk til konkurrentene.

− Staff were on some occasions slow to serve you at the roof top bar and ( it maybe an English thing ) but we had to ask for our Tea tray to be restocked with tea bags and milk every day
Amazing location, not many hotels right on the front. But you pay for the privilege.

− Two coffee machines only in big hotel . One coffee machine worked, one didn’t. Big queues of frustrated coffee drinkers at breakfast. Pool isn’t that nice, a bit grotty needs so renovation. Resembles a motel pool. Is the price of a really quality hotel, but feels more like an Ibis. The hotel beach club had much nicer food than the pool bar.
