10.0It is so convenient to everything in downtown Chicago. The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful and the property is always clean.
− I can’t think of one thing. It’s the only hotel I ever stay at when I’m in town.
Be ready for over charged parking cost that is not told to you before

− $160 for a nights stay but $88 for parking also very large room with two small full beds that where uncomfortable

8.0New decorated suite rooms very nice! Very clean, housekeeping staff helpful, Great location for families Lovely pool
− Bed-sofa rock hard…like a floor! Hard to pull out too. Booked two rooms to be close together , got three floors apart…disappointed! Rooms was not available at check in time, no apology given. Elevators time waits long at times, multiple elevators full, so we (and others)took the back stairs that were available, dirty and unkempt and not clearly labelled.

9.0The cleanliness and size of the room were great. The location of the hotel is ideal for many of the tourist spots in the city. There is also a train station not far from the hotel that I was able to take to different parts of the city.
− My room was right on the main street (Michigan Ave) so it was very noisy.
My Go To Hotel in the City!
10.0This is a wonderful hotel in Chicago. The location is perfect, the workout area/pool are amazing, and the staff is great. I will definitely return the next time I want to stay in the City!
