10.0Merci au personnel pour leur accueil ! Aisha et Sophie parlent Français. En plus elles ont veillé à nous mettre au calme. Merci à elles. La chambre est propre. L'emplacement est bien, tout se fait avec le tram. Et il y a une borne dans l'hôtel pour acheter ses billets. C'est pratique. Nous avons dîné un soir sur place. C'était excellent. Je recommande cet hôtel
− Un conseil pour la direction de l'hôtel : dommage les parois de douche ne sont pas fixées à flan du mur. Toute l'eau inonde la salle de bains. Il y a au moins 1 cm entre le mur et la paroie. Pas très pratique pour vos équipes de ménage et pour l'usure du matériel.

The receptionist’s behavior left us with a negative impression that affected our overall hotel experience.
3.0Nothing
− During check-in, approximately two hours after the official check-in time, we were given a key card that opened an occupied room containing another guest’s personal belongings. This was a serious security and privacy breach caused entirely by the hotel. When we returned to reception, instead of receiving an immediate apology or an explanation, we were treated rudely and told to wait. Staff even questioned why we had entered the room, despite the fact that the key had been given to us by the hotel. The incident was not formally documented, and no incident report was made.
