Fantastic location for a couple spending a few nights in the city

− No fault of anyone but 1 of the lifts was broken and our AC fan was a bit “crackly” when we turned it on. Not sure if it was a wiring issue or maybe it’s just old

− On the last night we could smell cigarette smoke in our bathroom. Must have either been coming from another room or the air con is near a smoking area Also just had an email to say staying they've had a data breach and personal data may have been stolen

10.0our room was great, so spacious and very clean. Even though you can access your room via a code provided, we still spoke to the reception staff who we're so friendly and accommodating.
