Other than most of the staff it was okay

− Customer relations was awful. Especially the receptionist Rafael has no customer facing etiquette.

− -The A/C wasn’t cooling. -Breakfast was very basic with limited variety - The service was very noisy, especially when clearing the tables and placing dishes, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable and unpleasant -Breakfast staff were not very welcoming

− Vuodesohva oli surkea, jopa vuodesohvaksi erittäin huono. Aamupalalle sai jonkin verran jonottaa, joka ei tosin meitä haitannut

9.0Nice staff. Shower was good, although no very clean (hairs on the floor) towels are old. Room is nice otherwise. Great location.
