10.0Front desk staff were super helpful as far as accommodating 2 separate beds and helping with yellow cab booking
Poor communication from front desk, empty promises of service.
2.0− Customer service was lacking from night desk staff; I was alerted to a family emergency and had to check out one night early. As soon as I found out, I went to the front desk to discuss with them and ask if I could cancel my second night. The gentleman working the desk seemed confused by the request, and indicated that he could not do anything to help me but would notify the manager and morning staff to follow up with me. Meanwhile another gentlement sat on his phone during the entire interaction and did not engage or help. No one ever followed up to discuss my request or explain why I couldn't get a refund. Nor did the staff at the time express any concern or general humanity about my having a family emergency as one would expect from a hospitality oriented business.
Just great.

10.0Ottima base per esplorare Seattle! La posizione è perfetta per utilizzare i mezzi pubblici per spostarsi in città così come per raggiungere a piedi Pike Place, il Waterfront, Belltown. Le camere sono fantastiche, comode e ben arredate. Ottimo anche il ristorante che si trova a pian terreno dell'hotel che può essere un ottimo posto per cena e colazione.
