− We had some plumbing issues out of the control of the property and had to move rooms, but everyone was very accommodating and they seemed to have gotten the issue in the dining area resolved quickly :)

6.0The location was one of the hotel's biggest advantages, with many attractions, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. The breakfast was good, the drinks were included, complimentary pastries were available throughout the day, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
− Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the hotel was well below expectations. There was an unpleasant smell in the hallways, and the carpets did not appear to be clean. The room cleanliness (especially the bathroom) also did not meet the hygiene standards the hotel claims to provide. The hotel should make significant improvements to its cleaning standards.

8.0The room was a good size for Amsterdam. It was located close to the museums (e.g., Van Gogh) but a little further away from the center. The hotel has a nice homey concept (sitting and lounging area, free drinks). The décor was lovely.
− It was a little noisy with doors opening and closing constantly, so forget about taking an afternoon nap. The breakfast while good was the same every day.
