9.0Am petrecut câteva zile frumoase aici. Patul a fost uriaș și extrem de confortabil. Personalul mereu zâmbitor si dornic sa ajute.

− $90 a day valet parking and no self-parking. Double LA hotel average. It took 3 days and 4 methods of contact to get my hair dryer situation resolved. Really unacceptable as it's a basic amenity. We were upgraded (unexpectedly) it led us to question what our normal room would have been like as the upgrade was an awkward triangle shape with huge outdated furniture and they had even glued pictures to shelves. Bizarre and not a pleasant room experience. Poor lighting situation and needed lamps on but no central point to control all lights. I wish I could find the other room pics.

9.0Das Personal war stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt und macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Besonders positiv fanden wir den vorhandenen Raucherbereich. Ein weiteres Highlight sind die Betten – Sofitel hat einfach die bequemsten Betten! Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.
− Die Parkgebühren von 90 USD pro Nacht finde ich deutlich übertrieben. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie sollte das Parken entweder im Preis inbegriffen sein oder zumindest zu einem angemessenen Preis angeboten werden
