Very disappointed should have stayed at the marriot opposite

− The public areas could have done with a good clean. We booked in as two couples and we both booked on booking. Com we were given a room that had no wardrobe one draw and had to live out of our suitcase for three days our friends had a room with walk in wardrobe much bigger room and bottle of wine as wellcome gift, why the difference

Comfortable stay in a large room in one of the better areas around Union Square
7.0Location was good for the area but still a bit unsafe. Room was a good size, comfortable with a good desk for work. Bathroom was small but well laid out. Hotel itself was nicely decorated. The windows opened which is great for SF.
− Room was dark with windows facing onto a concrete wall. There is a lot of noise through the ceiling from the room above I could hear every footstep
