Just felt very basic, could find more for the same price. Prime location, but not used to its full potential.

− The smell on the guest floor hallways was stale and not pleasant. Light in room flickers and shade on lamp completely torn .
Inconsistent
4.0The staff is rude and/ or put off by guests. Every interaction seems like it was an annoyance. The thoughtful design/ vibe is terribly inconsistent with the people who work there - making the vibe seem fake.
An okay start to our holiday, but Zeppelin could have been better
6.0The location of the hotel was excellent. The room was clean and had good amenities. Plus the hotel had a really great games area for entertainment. The hotel did seem to lack atmosphere though and the front desk staff were neither very friendly or helpful, which was disappointing. I also observed other instances of poor service to other clients. Very much an average review I am afraid.
The room wasn't cleaned
4.0The room wasn't cleaned despite our requests; they only brought fresh towels without taking away the dirty ones, and the coffee ran out quickly in the morning.
