− Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was quite disappointing and did not reflect what I would expect from a property claiming to be 4-star. Firstly, I went to reception to order a coffee and was redirected to the bar, which was supposedly open. However, there were no staff members there. When I returned to reception, I was simply told to wait until someone from the bar became available. The overall level of service felt very poor and unprofessional. Secondly, there were mosquitoes in the bedroom, and I woke up with mosquito bites, which made the stay uncomfortable. The room was also missing basic amenities that I would normally expect from a 4-star hotel, including cups, glasses and a kettle. On top of that, the bathroom had an unpleasant sewage smell. Considering the service, cleanliness issues and lack of basic amenities, I personally do not believe this hotel meets a 4-star standard. Based on my experience, it felt closer to a 2-star property.
