10.0Öncelikle konum olarak çok güzeldi. Cok yorulduğumuz zaman yarım saat dinlenip geziye devam edebildik. Odalar geniş ve tertemizdi. Ütü ve ütü masasına kadar düşünülmüştü. Covent gardenda kalınabilecek en iyi otellerden biri bence teşekkürler
Not the nicest place to stay! Just a step up from a travel lodge. If you’re expecting more then don’t stay here.
3.0The location is ideal for theatre land.
− The staff weren’t very friendly or indeed welcoming. As we drove up to the entrance, the bellman disappeared and we had to find our own suitcase trolley inside the foyer and load our own bags onto it. Then the gentleman appeared but too late to assist us. No one greeted us at the desk. A very sombre atmosphere in the place. Our room was so dark, we asked to move but again did not get any resolution there. The room feels tired and in need of decoration and refresh. Will not be booking to stay here again.
The accommodation was a valuable reason for making my trip comfortable and more enjoyable
