− פעם שנייה שלי במלון. בפעם הראשונה הכל היה פנטסטי בשהייה השנייה, שהיינו עכשיו ממש התאכזבנו מי שקיבל אותנו היה ממש ממש לא נחמד! התחיל להתווכח ולא ידע אנגלית בכלל לא הבנו מה הוא רוצה.. לא הוסבר לנו שום דבר לגבי הארוחת בוקר היינו צריכות לפענח בעצמנו שהארוחת בוקר כיווכול מוגשת לחדר מה שלא היה נכון.. מסתבר שגם אפשר לאכול בחדר אוכל לקבל ארוחה עשירה ומפנקת בהרבה ומה שעוד לא ידעו והתגלה לנו בסוף זה שיש דמי שירותתת!!!!׳ בגין המשלוח לחדר!!! לא הוסבר לנו שום דבר כשהגענו. התבאסנו מאוד מאוד בעיקר מהבחור שקיבל אותנו בהתחלה שהיה ממש ממש לא נחמד!

7.0Emplacement au top pour accéder au tram et au métro. Boissons offertes en chambre (café, thé,eau) appréciées. Petit déjeuner copieux et café préparé à la minute par le personnel. Service de bagagerie pour profiter de la dernière journée sur place.

− The spa suite, it was a disappointing experience overall. To the point where we had to cancel the booking due to poor staff service and facilities not working.

8.0The staff at the hotel were very helpful and attentive. Check in was smooth and the rooms were lovely, a very comfortable bed! Bottled water is complimentary which was a bonus in the summer. Overall a lovely hotel and would stay again. Breakfast has a great selection of items, hot and cold and continental.
