Great experience
8.0The staff were lovely, and we had only bought the breakfast for one of the days, and that was nice, certainly a large selection of choices. It was my first time seeing that you could request different pillows which was a pleasant surprise since usually hotel pillows are too thin for me, but are preferred by my partner. The location was pretty good and convenient, as it's a short walk to a metro station, then only taking like 10 minutes to get to the Duomo.
− we had found that there were a lack of plug sockets in our room, no plug sockets near the bedside tables, but rather had to use the one on on the floor near the door and the one on the desk, which is fine but less ideal. We had ordered room service for one of the nights and one of the lunches, and whilst the food was enjoyable and to a good quality, it seemed to come with a side of bread which felt a bit stale. And then at the end of our stay, whilst checking out, we were asked if we had transport to get to the airport which we explained that we did, and did not need to call a taxi as we had pre-booked a car, but the hotel still called a taxi for us and we had to pay €50 to get the taxi to leave, since we didnt want to get into it given that we had pre-booked a different service that was non-refundable.
