Superbe emplacement, chambre spacieuse, service client à travailler.
8.0Grande chambre, salle de sport, piscine, salle de bain jolie et plutôt luxueuse.
− Le personnel n'a pas du tout réagi quand on a dit que les oreillers trop épais et durs nous faisaient des torticolis. Ils demandent "tout va bien pour vous ?" Ou "avez-vous été satisfaits de votre séjour" mais nous regardent de haut en bas et répondent sèchement quand on leur dit qu'on a mal dormi. Je trouve fort dommage de payer 1300€ pour 5 nuits et de ne pas avoir un jeu d'oreiller plus fins en stock. La salle de bain n'était pas très propre. Au final, ce n'était pas du standing qu'on espérait.
