Merkezi konumda, tertemiz, sessiz, sakin, süper bir kalvaltı ikramıyla çok keyifli bir konaklamaydı.
10.0Avrupa otellerinde nadir bulunur zenginlikte bir kahvaltı olanağı vardı. Her kahvaltı kültürüne hitap edebilecek, çok çeşitli ürünler servis edildi. Tükenmesine müsaade edilmedi. Servis elemanları sürekli olarak tükenen ürünleri yenilediler. Taze ve lezzetli kahvaltılıklar ikram edildi. Temiz bir servis vardı. Odalar çok temiz ve konforluydu. Isınma sorunu yoktu. Sıcak su emre amadeydi. Odada su ısıtıcısı vardı. Kahve ve çay ikramı vardı. Musluk suyu içilebiliyor. Otel görevlileri son derece yardımcı, güler yüzlü idi. Otelin konumu çok iyiydi. Tren ve metro istasyonlarına, Tivoli Bahçesine çok yakın yürüyerek Strøget caddesine ve bir çok görülesi yere kolayca ulaşılabilecek konumu için bile tercih edilebilir. Havaalanından ulaşımı da çok kolay tren ve metro( hat değiştirerek) ile kısa sürede ulaşılabiliyor. Ben/biz bu konaklamamızda kullanmadık ama otelin müşterileri için hazır bulundurduğu bisikletleri de var. Odalar temiz, otel genel olarak temiz hatta lobinin alt katında bulunan herkese açık tuvalatler bile günün her saati tertemizdi. Otel işletmesinde emeği olan herkese ve bu konaklamaya imkan sağlayan booking yetkililerine ayrı ayrı teşekkür ederim.
− Odalarda terlik yoktu. Bizim terliklerimiz yanımızdaydı. Talep etmedik. Belki talep edilince veriliyordur bilemiyorum. Konukların terliklerini getirmeleri tavsiye olunur.

a good stay with an even better location
8.0the location was amazing. it was close to the city center which made it an amazing spot. not too far but also not too close. the staff was very friendly! I also recommend the breakfast as well. it was very good and you had lots of choices.
− beware the third bed in the three people room is a travel bed with a plank as a bottom.
Fint hotell med hyggelig betjening og alt i orden.
8.0Sentral beliggenhet. Klassisk stort hotell som er pusset opp til god standard. Godt klimaanlegg, både luftsirkulasjon og kjøling. Badet var funksjonelt og fint med badekar og komfortabel gulvvarme. Veldig hyggelig personale. Veldig God frokost, men litt trangt rundt maten når det var mye folk samtidig, dette kunne vært løst litt bedre. Vi spiste også i hotellets restaurant som var en god opplevelse, hyggelige servitører og god mat med rask servering. Smart å bestille bord på restauranten fordi den var veldig populær.
− Noe støy fra utsiden av hotellet sent på kvelden og tidlig på morgenen. Usikker på hvor det kom fra, men hørtes godt når vinduet var åpent.
