Nice facilities, don't bother asking for a late checkout
6.0The staff were friendly and the rooms were very comfortable
− I paid for a later check out - as I booked two rooms I asked which is the late check out room, I was told the late check out was not possible on that day now as they're too busy with new clients - when I explained I had already paid for this and it was accepted when I requested it several days beforehand I was told the issue still stands but they couldn't offer a refund. For an expensive hotel and expensive additional late check out - this was poor.
Great hotel in Bergen, central location, historic district
9.0The front desk young lady at checkin was exceptionally helpful. The location was the best, close to tours and transport stations. Breakfast was outstanding.

5.0Localizacao fantástica num edifício lindo. Bom pequeno almoço Existência de parque de estacionamento público mas com acesso ao hotel
− Quando chegámos ao quarto estava gelado, o ar condicionado não funcionava, ligamos para a recepção que nos aconselhou a pôr no máximo e esperar, nada aconteceu. O aquecimento estava desligado. Quando saímos para jantar pedimos para resolverem a situação, ao regressarmos fomos informadas que tinham posto um aquecimento no quarto, mas não o ligaram, pelo que continuava gelado, e só então nos informaram que o termostato existente no quarto era só para ventilação. Ao fim de algum tempo com o aquecimento ligado finalmente conseguia-se estar no quarto com a roupa habitual e sem tremer de frio, mas quando desligámos as luzes para dormir, as tomadas ficam sem corrente logo o aquecimento desligava-se, teve de ficar na casa de banho. Esta situação é inadmissível num hotel de 4 estrelas e a informação contraditória inicial levou a estragar uma estadia que deveria ter sido sgradavel
