− There was no stand for Suitcases, we had to ask few times to get one, finally we got one. No buffe in breakfast (we ate in restauarnt not far from hotel)

4.0The property was clean and beautiful, extremely nice staff.
− I booked a room with two queen beds. They didn’t have it available which was frustrating due to maintenance issues. I was not happy that I had to sleep on a very uncomfortable sofa bed for 4 days, it was awful. They tried to compensate me with drinks at the bar. I never used them because our itinerary was full and I don’t really drink. They did upgrade me to a bigger room but a good night sleep is more important than a larger living space.
Very good, would stay again.
9.0All round, very good and staff service was excellent. The redeood bar is great. Included breakfast at Frederick's was a bit limited but good enough and again v helpful staff. We upgraded to a much better suite for a reasonable uplift in the room rate.
− While it was all clean, the common areas and corridors were in need of a refresh/facelift.
