10.0I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotlessly clean, comfortable. The staff was exceptionally helpful and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Additionally, the location was perfect, close to all the main attractions. I am delighted with my experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone. It was a very good and pleasant place.

Molto bene, a parte il problema con la camera di cui ho scritto poco fa.
8.0Struttura ben tenuta, personale accogliente e disponibile. Una menzione speciale per l’addetta alla sala colazioni Joyce, persona veramente squisita, disponibile e di una cordialità quasi introvabile oggi. Complimenti vivissimi a tutto lo staff della sala, idem per il ristorante, veramente di grande qualità!
− Non abbiamo capito il motivo per il quale non ci e stata rifatta la camera, sinceramente. Le addette ai piani erano in servizio quando noi occupavamo la camera durante la mattinata, l’abbiamo liberata verso le 15 per uscire ma al nostro rientro non era sta rifatta, non accettabile questo in un hotel del livello NH Collection! Magari un giorno capiremo il perché…
