− Le personnel pas très sympathique On a attendu notre deuxième chambre qu’elles soient prêtes jusqu’à 19h30 le jour de notre arrivée. Pas de désoler .. rien

8.0Great location and room.
− The light did not work in the bathroom and was reported but noone came to fix it. The restaurant was closed that night and when booking were advised that the dining room was open. The off loading suitcases is awkward.

− Le service a un peu baissé (plus de tongs dans les chambres (en tout cas je ne les ai pas trouvé) et personne ne répond au téléphone…. Mais le nhow reste toujours une très bonne idée 😁

7.0Le positionnement de l’hôtel est magnifique.
− Le logement n’était pas propre. Moquette salle et tachée. La douche n’avait pas de pression. Une seule bouteille d’eau pour deux personnes dans la chambre. Le tunnel bar n’était pas allumé. Le spa n’a jamais répondu au téléphone le matin, nous n’avons donc pas pu en profiter. Spa payant sur réservation y compris pour les personnes qui résident dans l’hotel.

10.0On a aimé l emplacement de la chambre face à la mer et les rochers. Le petit déjeuner face à la mer et très bon. Bel hotel ou nous allons depuis de longues années.
