Room not what we paid for

− We booked a premium/premier room, the pictures looked amazing. BUT the room we got was awful. Definitely not what we paid for, small, damp smell, and nothing like the pictures that were attached to the room details when we booked it. It was a special birthday treat for my partner so I did not want to make a fuss, but it was very very upsetting and disappointing that I had booked the room based on the pictures and the room was a standard basic room and not what we paid for. Also the kettle didn't reach the socket and we had to place it ON THE FLOOR to boil it, when our room was cleaned whilst we were out the kettle was still on the floor when we returned, where we had left it, so either the floor wasn't cleaned or the housekeeper knew it didn't reach. Either way thats quite telling. We were definitely overcharged and missold our room, its actually infuriating.

9.0Perfect location , friendly staff and wonderful roof top bar and restaurant. we were a group of girlfriends traveling together. The front desk assisted us with a reservation we needed revised at a local restaurant.
− Nothing. Perhaps the leak in the lobby and slow elevators if i needed to think of something.
