It was my first and last time to stay In this hotel

Ok but probably wouldn’t stay again
6.0Great central location, easy access to public transport (tube, bus, train). There is a bar and two restaurants onsite (although we did not eat at the restaurants), also easy access to other shops and restaurants nearby. The room was clean and it was nice to have an opening window.
− The lobby had an awful smell which hit you as soon as you walked in, not sure what they use to clean it but it was horrible, don’t know how the staff deal with it all day. We also had ongoing issues with the toilet in our room, requiring ongoing maintenance, following which our shower stopped draining. When assistance was required there was no answer via phone on multiple occasions, we had to use a web chat to contact staff.
God bed and comfortable - to talk with friemds we had to leave the hotel and find somewhere else..
5.0The bed was great. More chairs in the bedroom would be a good thing.
− Too much intrusion generally in public places, not conducive to meeting old friends and having a cosy chat. Nowhere to do this!
