6.0− When I arrived, the staff told me that I have a room on the 4th floor. Then, they mentioned there is a lot of noise from the club on the Lobby floor, and that if I want to sleep well, I will need to upgrade to a higher floor. It’s important to note that the noise was NOT mentioned anywhere when I did the booking. After I paid 50$ extra for an upgrade, they put me in a room which is part of a family room (connecting door), and at the next room there was a crying baby. After I asked to move to another room, they told me there is nothing they can do, and that I will have to stay there or come back to the 4th floor. All of this after I haven’t slept for 30 hours before arriving at the hotel. Will not come back again.
