The room was very comfortable and quiet and the staff was very friendly and helpful

− Wasn’t made aware of the hotel having facade work done that consisted of very loud drilling from 9am-6pm. But yet still paid full price for my stay. I mentioned to the front desk that I would ask them for a cab when ready - instead they called it immediately and the cab turned on the meter and kept if running while I was having a coffee at the bar - the cab driving started arguing about running the meter being they called him - The cab driving restarted the meter and then took me to the entire wrong area at the airport so that he can again run up the meter and charge more - extremely frustrating experience.
I need somw refund back.For one day we stayed in normal room and not in suit room, as we booked the junior suit
