1.0אולי רק את המיקום. כל השאר כלום אפס
− הצוות היה כזה שהזמנתם תשלמו ויאללה עופו. כל הפניות שלי לצוות בנושאים שהטרידו אותי נענו כאילו בחיוב אבל לא עשו כלום על מנת לשפר את הרגשתי ולא התייחסו. יותר מאשר לא התייחסו כשפניתם אליהם בבקשה לשוחח עם מנהל המלון השיבו לי בהלוך ושוב הוא איננו הוא בפגישה הוא פה הוא שם ולא נתנו לי לשוחח עמו. ביום שעזבנו את המלון הבטיחו לי שלא ייחייבו אותי עד אשר מי שהו מהמלון יידבר אתי ולא קרה חייבו אותי מיידית. מלון שנחשב למכובד משקר ללקוח מקומו לא לארח ולא בבוקיניג. אם המלון מחזיק צוות עבודה שנוגע בדברים של הלקוח ובעיקר פותח שקיות עם אוכל מי אני צריכה לחשוב ???? אולי שמו לי רעל בתוך השקית בעיקר בימים כאלה כשאני אזרחית ישראלית? המלון לא התייחס לזה במלוא חומרת הענין והעדיף לנפנף אותי בלך ושוב וגם אחרי שבוקיניג פנו אליהם לא הסכימו לפצות אותי בדבר. החדר מצולם בבוקיניג ככה כשאתה מסתכל בתמונות הם מטעות ואתה אנור לחשוב שהחדר יחסית סביר בגודלו למרות שזה חדר סטנדרט כשהגענו לחדר גילנו שאנחנו אפילו לא יכולים לפתוח את המזוודה שלנו ולהשאירה פתוחה. צוות שערוריה חסר אחריות מנהל חסר אחריות ובכל מקום שאוכל לא אמליץ עליכם כלל. אסנת
