ウェスティンらしくない
5.0トロントの中央駅から歩いて5分、目の前の港から島に渡れるという立地は最高。部屋はちょっと狭い。
− ブッキングコムで2部屋予約し、確認書も見せたのにフロントで1部屋しか予約が無いと言われ、結局3人で狭い思いをして1夜を過ごす羽目になってしまった。ホテルのミスと翌日判明したが夜遅くのチェックインだったのでブッキングコムの対応も遅かった。

10.0The staff is extremely helpful, very friendly, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure all our needs are met. The breakfast buffet was amazing! One of the best food selection in the hotels ever. The location is close to main Toronto attractions. In addition, the hotel has stunning views of the lake. We will definitely be back next time we are in Toronto
