10.0I stay at this hotel regularly and have consistently had great experiences, but I especially wanted to recognize Mary H, a security guard, for going above and beyond. On a previous stay, I accidentally left an item behind and contacted the hotel hoping it could be located. Mary personally helped track it down, kept it secure, and made sure I was able to retrieve it when I returned for my next visit. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and reassuring throughout the entire process. Thank you, Mary, for the excellent service and peace of mind!
