Enjoyable stay, would use the hotel again.
8.0Good room size and good location as long as you waled in the right direction. If you walked a block the wrong way you'd be right in the heart of the Tenderloin district which doesn't feel very safe. We had a bathroom door handle that kept falling off which didn't get fixed during the duration of our stay but everything else was very good.

− My room was not available with outside space, old fashioned hotel. Apart from the rooftop bar which was very busy, there was no relaxing area to sit around. The lobby bar was very busy, basically just an extension of the reception area and the shop was ridiculously expensive.
