− No complaints over the property , my room was terrible, 'stayed in room #378, the bathroom would get stuck from inside and had to be opened from outside,the AC was not functioning and we were sweating in the room
great hotel with hidden fees
8.0Beautiful hotel with a great view of the bay. Everyone was friendly and the food was good. Only negative is the pricey resort fee and they $45 a day to park on top of everything. I believe parking should be included in the room price. Seems like a gouge for money. But for a one-and-done, it was great.
Room not as pictured
6.0We were surprised and disappointed by the location and overall look of our room. The building where our room was located was very dark and had more of a motel-like feel than what we expected from a four-star hotel. When we arrived, there was an event taking place in the courtyard directly outside our room, which made it impossible to open the shades without sacrificing our privacy. Unfortunately, because the ceilings were quite low, keeping the shades closed made the room feel especially dark and cramped. Overall, the room did not feel like it was part of a four-star hotel, and we were disappointed with the condition and lack of privacy. That said, the pool area was lovely, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We appreciated the service and the beautiful pool area; we were simply disappointed that the room and building did not live up to our expectations for a four-star property.
