− Toilet was broken in my room, so had to mess around changing rooms which was annoying, but it was sorted very quick by reception staff
I was disappointed because I booked this on behalf of 5 rooms of people. It was not impressive.
6.0The front desk people were wonderful. The location was perfect.
− The rooms were way too small for what we paid. This was meant for a one night stay without any need for comfort. You could hardly walk around the room. I was not impressed with the room for snacks and drinks. No sodas. Hardly any snacks.

Terrible experience — rodent in the room
1.0− We woke up at 6 a.m. to a rodent in our room on the 12th floor, with our suitcases and belongings open on the floor. We had unknowingly slept **two nights in a room with a rodent**. We immediately left the hotel and had to book another one at our own expense. What is even more unacceptable is that the hotel refunded **only the night when we discovered the rodent and the night we didn’t use**, but refused to refund the first night — the one we spent completely unaware that a rodent was in our room. Absolutely unacceptable. A hotel should guarantee basic hygiene and safety. **We would never stay here again.**
