− Customer service Front Fesk and Valet parking! Rude and didn't greet me upon arrival
Pleasant and comfortable stay
8.0Super friendly staff, great location within walking distances to food, entertainment and activities. Useful bar / restaurant and my lake view room had a spectacular view.
− Wifi was down for over 24 hrs which was a little inconvenient. Although I knew the room didn't come with a kettle / coffeemaker I underestimated the negative impact this had on my stay.
Condescending desk staff. Running toilet all night.
4.0The location was close to lake front. Coffee shops etc..
− My personal stay could have been handled better my the hotel staff. Once it was handled poorly I tried to stay away until check out.
