The staff were really nice and helpful, with the exception of our waiter who neglected to tell us that a 20% gratuity had already been added to the check.

− The room was beat, stains on the carpet, the window sill had a lot more f flaked paint on it and the furniture was scared. The bathroom was clean.

− 部屋を変えてもらったが、変える前の部屋は生乾きの匂いがした。駐車場を停めるのに、自分で探さないといけないので、少し面倒だった。

Extremely Disturbing Experience – Mouse Trap with a Dead Mouse Found in My Room

− Extremely disturbing and unacceptable experience. I discovered a hidden mouse trap underneath the furniture in my room containing a dead mouse and insects. I immediately reported it and checked out, despite being offered another room. I had to arrange alternative accommodation and transportation at the last minute. I have photos and videos documenting everything. Finding a dead mouse in a hotel room raises serious concerns about hygiene, pest control, and room inspections. I would not recommend this hotel.

スタッフの方の対応は良かった。あと立地も良く、ロビーは清潔感が溢れていた。

− 最初の部屋は鍵が開かなくて、別の部屋に通された。その部屋は少し生乾きの匂いがしたので、ホテルの方に部屋を変えてもらった。その部屋は臭いも良く、最上階だったので見晴らしも良かった。レンタカーをしていたので、車を駐車したかったのだが、自分でパーキングを選んで駐車をしに行くのが大変だった。
