Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel à Salzburg qui n’est clairement pas au niveau de ses 4 étoiles et bien trop cher pour le
5.0- Bien placé: proche de la gare et du centre-ville - Très belle vue - Bon petit déjeuner
− - aucune intimité dans la salle de bain car il y a une vitre transparente très fine qui sépare de la chambre et le rideau n’est pas opaque (très gênant pour ceux qui viennent sans être en couple) - Pas de twin beds dans cet hôtel - Personnel peu serviable et peu aimable: il a fallu demander 3 fois pour avoir une couette en plus - Pas de plateau de courtoisie en arrivant ce qui n’est pas dans les standards d’un 4 étoiles (pas d’eau plate, ni thé ni café) - Procédure de Check in lamentable. C’est le client qui doit faire son Check in manuellement sous le contrôle de la réceptionniste ce qui n’est pas l’idéal quand on arrive d’un long voyage - Chambre beaucoup trop petite pour un 4 étoiles
