Terrible Experience – Dirty Room and Unacceptable Conditions

− My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. For a property owned by this company, the condition of the room was completely unacceptable and reflected poorly on the company's standards for cleanliness, maintenance, and guest satisfaction. The room was dirty and poorly maintained, with a bed that was much smaller than expected, dirty bedding, ants, and visible black mold. The bathroom was also in unacceptable condition, including a hole in the shower. These issues made the room uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about sanitation and the overall upkeep of the property. As a company-owned property, guests should be able to expect basic standards of cleanliness, safety, and maintenance. There is no excuse for paying for a hotel room only to find these conditions upon arrival. This experience left me questioning how the property is being inspected, cleaned, and maintained. I strongly urge the company and its management team to take accountability for the condition of this property and address these problems immediately. Guests deserve clean bedding, pest-free rooms, properly maintained bathrooms, and appropriate attention to potential mold issues. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel to others, nor would I choose to stay at another property managed by this company without serious improvements being made. The company needs to take responsibility for the properties operating under its name and ensure that guests receive the quality and cleanliness they are paying for.

The breakfast to go buffet is $9/lb and sitting down at the buffet will run you about $15 pp unlimited. Opens at 6:30am and doesn’t close until 11am. Loved their oatmeal, Mickey Mouse waffles, and I make a grit bowl, adding scrambled eggs, shredded cheddar cheese, bacon, and lots of butter! The ladies that work for the mornin breakfast buffet , are amazing, will get you anything that you ask for, plus always a have a smile and a kind word for you, no matter how early it is on a Monday morning!!

− The oatmeal is so heavy, that a bowl of oatmeal to go, ends up being about $10. Can’t think of anything else to complain about.

− Muy mala experiencia, ningún día tuve limpieza de la habitación, después del check in, me entregaron información que se limpiaba la habitación cada 3 días, nunca he estado en un hotel que no tiendas las camas no cambien toallas, ni sábanas, además en la publicidad de booking decía que desayuno gratis lo que nunca sucedió.
