5.0− Service and attitude of certain staff were really pathetic. The rooms are old and dirty with dust in certain areas, bad smell in the washroom as well. Poorly maintained for a NH Collection 5 star rated hotel. Gives clearly a 3 star standard. 4/10
Fabulous location but definitely not 5 Stars

− It didn't feel 5 star. The room was small and the furnishings were cheap. While there was lots of choice at breakfast, it was buffet style and felt like a noisy canteen.

4.0Hotellet er højst 4 stjerner. Mangler stemning og overblikket. Frustrerede personale og dårlig betjening . Værelse fint dog ikke altid den du bestiller. Stor plus at den ligger tæt på shopping og kommunikation muligheder .

10.0Konum, güler yüzlü personel ve kahvaltı çok iyiydi. Oda genişliği ve manzarası da güzeldi. Hoşgeldin çikolatası ve ertesi gün yatağın üzerine bırakılan çikolatalar için de teşekkür ederiz
