Unique hotel in a great location with fun amenities.
10.0The friendliness and kindness of the staff was exceptional. The location was outstanding. The views of the bay and Alcatraz were an added bonus. There are multiple stores and restaurants nearby that are walking distance. We loved the fire pits and Smore's kit we were given. Very unique and fun.
− Getting to the lobby for check-in once getting to the property. Had there been an elevator from parking down to the lobby, since my partner has trouble with stairs. My plug-ins by the bed on the side table didn't work, so I had to sit at the work desk area to charge my phone. (even though the multiple plug-in on the desk was great! I wish that would've been by the bed)

5.0Bequeme Betten und Größe des Zimmers
− Sauberkeit mangelhaft, bei dem Ausgang vom Parkplatz lag über die ganze Zeit 10 Tage Aufenthalt entweder Hundekot oder Menschenextremente, Zimmer mit Meerblick ist eng genommen ein Witz denn man schaut auf den Parkplatz und darüber hinweg sieht man Wasser. Der Innenhof ist bis spät kn die Nacht mit einem sehr hohen Geräuschpegel beaufschlagt, falls also jemand früh schlafen gehen möchte oder lärmempfindlich ist könnte das ein Problem darstellen Die Zimmer sind abgelebt, zudem hatte unser Schloss der Badezimmertür einen Defekt, so dass die Tür durch den Haustechniker aufgebrochen werden musste. Das hat über eine Woche auch niemanden Interessiert denn die Tür wurde nur notdürftig mit Panzertape geflickt, bedeutet wir konnten diese auch nicht mehr schließen, ein anderes Zimmer hat man uns auch nicht angeboten. Am Frontdesk wusste man von diesen Zustand, hat bei der Abreise nochmals meine Kontaktdaten verlangt,,die sind bestimmt sofort nachdem ich abgereist war in den Mülleimer gewandert denn gemeldet hat sich niemand mehr, sehr schwache Leistung. Bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt werde ich das Hotel nicht mehr berücksichtigen.
