− Refrigerator was too noisy and there was not enough light inside the room.

10.0Lovely and comfortable spot with great amenities and customer service. A shout-out to Camilo, a very kind, courteous, and attentive concierge; Karen and Freddy at reception for their professionalism and personable attention; and Sadya for an amazing spa treatment. I felt safe and well taken care of. The location is within walking distance of cute cafés, and a wide array of boutiques featuring Colombian-made items. I highly recommend it!
