− Breakfast could have been tastier.
Most accommodating stay in Cartagena
10.0Location is perfect - The staff is the friendliest and most accommodating I've ever met. Any questions, I had or any hell i needed they would bend over backwards to help me out. They even helped me order Pizza from a pizzaria nearby. Super friendly. 24/7 support.
− Nothing - Exceeded my expectations.
Guest review
8.0the location and the hotel building was great. we also loved our room. there were nice flavored water and sweet treats everyday, the staff were very kind. the building itself was great as well. its super central and we always felt super safe. would stay here again.
− the check-in process was tiring. we arrived around 11pm and the reseptionist did not know english and asked way too many question, checked every stamp in the passport.. the process was frustrating and took way too long. other than that, all the hotel staff were very helpful and kind. the breakfast was also nothing to write home about. we could only eat there once because i had a blue plastic piece and hair in my food.
No dudes y alójate aquí
10.0Bem conservado, atenciosos
