− Mottagelsen i resepsjonen var meget lite ok. Kritisk dame bak disken og måten hun oppførte seg på gjorde oppholdet vårt dårlig.

3.0Jeg likte at jeg fikk ekstra pute når jeg spurte om det, får pluss poeng for det ikke var teppe på gulvet, og at en måtte bruke nøkkelkortet for å låse rommet for da vet en at en må huske nøkkelkortet.
− Måten jeg ble tatt imot på ved innsjekk.Påstod at navnet mitt ikke stod det ennå jeg hadde bevis på det.Og at jeg ikke hadde betalt og jeg slet med å få hjelp til å betale når jeg skulle sjekke ut så var det bare frokosten jeg betalte.Ta å skjerpe dere og ha litt mer kontroll over kundene deres.Jeh setter ALDRI MINE Føtter i nn til dere mer.
