− Noise. And staff attitude. I had to complain twice before being moved from a part of the hotel which extremely noisy to one that was quiet. One member of staff treated me with utter contempt and just dismissed me to gos colleague with one word 'noise' She tried to tell me I knew when I booked it would be noisy abd there were no other rooms. After disputing this another room was found. I di not want to argue on my holiday
