− En primer lugar, el sofá cama era de una calidad lamentable. 2 personas tuvieron que dormir con el colchón en el suelo durante toda la estancia porque no se podía dormir encima del somier de ese sofá cama. Segundo, no nos proporcionaron ni almohadas ni mantas para ese sofá cama y cuando bajamos a recepción a solicitar las mantas al llegar a la habitación vimos que la manta tenía dos agujero del tamaño de una naranja. Al día siguiente bajamos a que nos diesen otra nueva y más grande otra nueva y nos dieron una manta y una funda de colchón, en vez de dos mantas. Y tercero y último la primera noche al ducharnos nos dimos cuenta que no había jamón de cuerpo en la ducha ni acondicionador…. Reclamos y 4 días después no marchamos y seguíamos sin el.
