3.0I imagine in 2000’s this was a nice hotel worthy of a 4 star rating. Until they refurbish it, it should be downgraded to 2-3. It’s old and unacceptable as a 4 star hotel. The breakfast was so crowded and the staff were rude. The choices were not quality either, again as a 4-star grade! Doors completely scratched, floors missing marble, rugs old and dingy. You could walk in your bare feet, felt like glue on the rug. The bidet had a rusted drain. Unacceptable. They should renovate FAST.
− The rooftop bar was nice, but the pool was the size of a large jacuzzi. The view was great! The staff were very accommodating and changed my stay to their sister hotel, which was amazing and a true 4-star.
