We had a wonderful stay at the Excelsior Hotel Gallia in Milan. The rooms were beautifully large, spotlessly clean, and I absolutely loved the combination shower and tub setup. What truly sets this luxury hotel apart, however, is the incredibly attentive staff and their impeccable attention to detail. Our seamless experience started right at check-in. Mattia at the front desk was exceptionally professional and helpful. When we decided we wanted to dine out rather than eat at the hotel restaurant, Mattia went above and beyond by offering three local recommendations. The one we chose was exactly what we were looking for! A special mention must go to the valets and bellhops. As the first point of contact, they set the tone for the entire stay, and every single one of them was outstanding, professional, and welcoming. We also enjoyed after-dinner drinks at the rooftop bar, which offers an absolutely amazing view and, once again, wonderful service. I cannot say enough about how the incredible staff enhanced our stay. We highly recommend this hotel! Would definitely return.

Exceptional Hospitality and Memorable Experiences

We stayed at this property at the end of June 2026 and were truly impressed by the exceptional hospitality we received throughout our visit. From the moment we arrived, Matattia at the Front Desk and Daniel in the restaurant stood out for their warm, attentive service. Their genuine friendliness and professionalism made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay. The ladies at the Shiseido Spa were equally wonderful, providing a relaxing and enjoyable experience, while the front-of-house management team consistently went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of. A special thank you goes to Nicole, the Training Concierge Associate. Her recommendation for a day trip to Lake Como was outstanding and became one of the highlights of our vacation. Her local knowledge and thoughtful guidance added tremendous value to our experience. We are grateful to the entire team for making our stay so memorable and would not hesitate to recommend this property to others. We look forward to returning in the future.

駅前で便利。 利用しなかったがスパやジムがあるみたい。 スタッフは冷たい感じだがドアマンだけは感じ良かった。

− 5つ星にしてはスタッフのサービスは悪く冷たい感じ。 15時チェックインだが、13時半に到着し、フロントで部屋が準備でき次第入れると言われたので待っていたが、結局15時まで待たされた。準備の状態をフロントが把握せずに待たされたあげく、お詫びもなく、当然のようにチェックインは15時だからと言われてあきれた。 夕食にホテル7階のレストランを遅い時間でもいいからと予約しようとしたら終日満員だと断られた。そんなことある？ 朝食はビジネスホテルレベル。 スタイリッシュだが、部屋のドアが銀行の金庫みたいでなんだかなあ。部屋の照明、エアコン、風呂のお湯の温度調節が難しかった。 バスルームの鍵がかからない。 価格に対してサービス不足。

Great hotel exceptional service

Excellent location for a 1 night stay close to train. Huge room and super comfortable bed and sheets. I slept well after a long travel day. Excellent customer service. Huge gym with pool, spa, easy to rest and sleep here. Bonus- they have a golf simulator!
